Established in 2008, AnyRay&Partners is a corporate advisory law and tax firm with two partners and six associates. The firm focuses its practice on Foreign Direct Investment and corporate transactions. The firm is guided by the principles of excellence and professionalism and has established a strong regional and international network in order to meet the needs of its clients. The firm's main clients are multinational corporations involved in a variety of transactions such as telecommunications, oil, gas and mining, banking and financial activities as well as local private and state-owned entities. AnyRay&Partners main international clients are US, UK, Chinese and Australian corporations as well as US and UK leading law firms involved in complex corporate and financial projects in the west african region. AnyRay&Partners's team is composed of locally and internationally trained lawyers with different backgrounds and provides legal and tax services without wearing any client's collar or any political party's livery or government influence. The International Department is headed by a nationwide praised lawyer, Dr IKA RAYMOND ANY-GBAYERE, an Ivory Coast and US trained lawyer.
